Backorders
While we strive to maintain ample stock of all items on our website, occasional manufacturing delays or quantity requirements on production may limit quantities on hand. If this should occur we will attempt to contact you. Unless it has been specified differently the backordered item will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. Separate shipping charges will be billed with each shipment. In regards to partial shipments, we reserve the right to ship partial without notice.
Return policy
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Items unused, undamaged, and in original cartons may be returned within 15 days of receipt, and a 15% RESTOCKING FEE will be charged. Call us for a return material authorization number (RMA#) before returning
Resale & Tax Information
California customers are charged applicable taxes. If you are purchasing for resale and have a California based business, a completed Resale form must be on file with us if you should not be charged tax. Resale information must be on file at Sign-Mart 3 working days prior to your first order.
Price Policy
All prices are subject to change without notice. While every effort is made to make our website as accurate as possible, production and transportation costs may go up or down and pricing will adjust accordingly. Sign-Mart reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notification.
Payment Options
Credit Card – We accept most major card carriers and we do not charge extra fees for credit card transactions. Please note: On some orders that require materials to be altered we may charge your card prior to your receipt.
Minimums
All orders that total less that $100.00 are not available for local delivery and thus subject to shipping charges.
Digital File Specification.
Our Digital Department is capable of taking most digital art files.

We can take the following media in both PC and MAC formats:
