Payment Methods
All orders are COD unless other arrangements are made at
the time of the order. Some orders may require a 50% deposit
at time of order. Sign-Mart accepts Visa, MasterCard, Company
check and cash.
15 Day "No Risk" Guarantee
15 Day no risk guarantee allows you to return items for credit,
exchange or refund, less shipping charges. 15 day "NO RISK"
guarantee does not apply to custom projects, large format printing,
special orders or consumables. Items must be in "like new"
condition, complete with all manuals, packing materials and accessories.
We reserve the right to refuse credit on worn or used items not
in their original condition, in violation of the spirit of this
policy. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
Return Policy
If an item is to be returned call 800-533-9099 and ask for
your sales person. You must have an RMA number (return material
authorization) before sending any item back to us. RMA#'s are
good for 7 days from the date issued. Please furnish the invoice
number and date.
Returns that are not due to our error will be subject to a 15%
restocking fee. You must inform us about defects, shortages and
exceptions within 5 days or order is considered complete. There
are no returns after 15 days. Unless approved by management.

Customers Supplied Material
Sign-Mart welcomes work produced or cut on customer supplied
material and will discount our prices accordingly. However, SIGN-MART
WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR RE- PLACEMENT MATERIALS DUE
TO ERRORS OR COMPUTER FAILURE BEYOND OUR CONTROL. Excess material
should always be supplied to insure complete order.
Shipping
Standard shipping for most orders is UPS unless otherwise
requested. Shipping and handling rates are based on order weight
and UPS zones. WE are not responsible for UPS or other carrier
errors. You must report all damage claims to the delivering carrier.
*IF CRATING OR SPECIAL PACKAGING IS RE- QUIRED FOR PROPER
SHIPPING, CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY.
*UPS will not accept cash for a COD order. Payments can be
paid with a company check, certified check, or money order
