Return Policy

Items that are eligible for return must be returned to Sign-Mart in the same condition, and in the original packaging as when we shipped, delivered or picked up.

All items are subject to inspection before replacement or credit is issued. Any media issues will be tested and confirmed with the manufacturer before any credit or replacement is issued.

 

Return Time

There are no returns after 7 days

 

Restocking Fee

Returned items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

 

RMAs

All returned items must have an RMA (return merchandise authorization) which is issued by Sign-Mart prior to return. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

 

Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the form of store credit at the discretion of Sign-Mart.

 

Defective Items

All defective items must be inspected before replacement or credit is issued. Any media issues will be tested and confirmed with manufacturer before any credit or replacement is issued.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Items such as CD's, DVD's, software, books and machinery can not be returned once the package has been opened.

 

Shipping

Unless there is an error on our part, original shipping charges are not refundable.
